Ban On Hijab In Indian Educational Institutions, Malala's Reaction Came To The Fore

 

Malala Yousafzai, a Pakistani student and social activist who won the Nobel Peace Prize, has reacted to the ban on hijab in educational institutions in the Indian state of Karnataka.


In her tweet, Malala said it was terrible to stop girls wearing hijab from entering school.

He said that there were still objections against women in the matter of wearing more or less clothes.

In the
Indian state of Karnataka, life has become difficult for hijab-wearing female students.
India: Muslim female students wearing hijab in college have been expelled from the
classroom.

It may be recalled that recently, six Muslim female students in a government girls' college in the Indian state of Karnataka were expelled from class for wearing hijab.

The case is pending in the local high court.
